Buying or selling a home is “major” to the average person. My father had passed away and we had several houses to sell. We have had dealings with another Realtor in the past, who had our properties listed for over a year. The previous Realtor did not show a fraction of the professionalism that Erik Ymer has shown.

Erik had total management of selling the properties. He sold the properties in less than two months He exceeded all of my expectations by going above & beyond.
